Job Overview:

Experience: All Candidates should have Experienced in their relevant fields.


  1. Having experience keeping books in both Ontario and Quebec is a good plus but is not required;
  2. Being bilingual in French and English is preferred but not required.
  3. An advantage would be having experience performing bookkeeping services for the construction business or a comparable industry.
  4. The capacity to handle confidential material with the necessary judgment.
  5. Must be able to function well both individually and in a very active team environment.
  6. A working knowledge of Quickbooks, a working knowledge of MS Office and Excel, and the ability to pick up new receipt management and construction software(s) when they are introduced by the company
  7. It is preferred that you have an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related profession.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages documents for new employees, WSIB account information, etc.
  • Execute routine daily administrative tasks, such as responding to business requests and following up on product research.
  • Keep track of order papers and purchase orders.
  • Apply the fundamentals of project costing, and recoveries, and make sure all contract and subcontract accounting commitments are met.
