Experience:
- All Candidates Should have Experience in their relevant fields.
- 2+ years of demonstrated expertise in managing and directing technical teams
- Knowledgeable about the R&D and design processes for automobiles
- Five or more years of expertise designing automobile power electronics, inverters, or chargers
Eligibility:
- Excellent interpersonal and time management abilities
- International travel capability
- Exceptional PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other technical software)
- Experience in the automobile industry prior is necessary
- Knowledge of wide bandgap (SiC and GaN) devices, advanced silicon IGBT technology, and their applications
- Thorough familiarity with testing and industry standards (SAE/UL/IEC, functional safety)
- Electrical or electronics engineering from an accredited university is necessary, with an advanced degree desirable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver design for the power and control modules for inverters, from concept through precise design.
- Participate and set standards for the design of automotive inverters
- accountable for the cost and completion dates of projects
- Analysis of the requirements for lead automotive inverters
- Organize and direct a technical team of highly skilled engineers
- Breaking down and assigning design tasks to the team

Salary Detail: Excellent Salaries: $125,008 – $184,537 CAD Per Annum, along with other essential facilities are provided by the Company.
